Job Summary

The Executive Assistant/ Analyst to the GED Family Office will provide personal and professional assistance to the Executive and her Office by effectively managing schedules and performing a wide variety of confidential, administrative, analytical, strategic support, and research duties. Serving as a critical team member, the EA/ Analyst will travel with the GED and will also serve as the de facto office manager. 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the GED’s schedule, appointments, reservations, and travel arrangements

  • Planning, organizing, and coordinating functions and events for the Executive.

  • Supporting the Executive with the preparation of business presentations and board meeting reports.

  • Gathering, analyzing, and providing insights on industry trends using data for the businessesmanaged by the Executive.

  • Carrying out first-level vetting and review of correspondence addressed to the office of the Executive.

  • Preparing a variety of high-quality, written agreements, memos, letters, and other documents for theExecutive.

  • Designing and implementing initiatives that enable better efficiency and improved productivity for theExecutive’s office.

  • Driving and managing projects as directed by the Executive.

  • Ensuring continuous process improvement

  • Managing the operational budget and financial accounts of the Office of the Executive andcoordinating with external stakeholders (such as auditors and tax advisors)

  • Support with other tasks as may be assigned. Travel as required.

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years work experience supporting a C-suite Executive
  • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with utmostdiscretion and diplomacy

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.

  • Possesses data analytics, good business writing, excellent researchand communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • Excellent time, schedule management, and organizational skills

  • Resilient with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in time framesand manage multiple priorities

  • Strong interpersonal skills with high integrity and ethical standards.

  • Good stakeholder management skills and ability to take initiative.

  • Can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a similarfield.

  • Proven track record of successfully supporting C-level executives
