JOB PURPOSE
To drive sales growth, market penetration, and customer relationships for Dangote Sinotruk heavy-duty trucks within the Northern Nigeria region, in line with the company’s revenue, market share, and brand objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Regional Sales Management
- Implement regional sales strategies to achieve assigned volume and revenue targets.
- Drive sales of heavy-duty trucks, ppers, tractors, and special-purpose vehicles across Northern Nigeria.
Dealer & Channel Management
- Manage and support authorized dealers and sales outlets within the region.
- Monitor dealer performance and ensure compliance with Dangote Sinotruk sales and brand standards.
- Support dealer sales activities, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
Key Accounts & Fleet Sales
- Develop and manage relationships with key customers, fleet operators, and institutional clients.
- Support preparation of bids, tenders, and contract negotiations for regional sales opportunities.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer needs within the region.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence for management review.
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective engagement and coordination withaer-sales teams.
- Resolve major customer issues within the region in a mely and professional manner.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 7–10 years’ sales experience, with at least 3 years in heavy-duty trucks, commercial vehicles, or industrial equipment sales.
- Strong understanding of the Northern Nigeria market and business environment.
- Must be of Northern Nigerian origin with strong regional network.
- Fluency in Hausa is mandatory; proficiency in other regional languages is a strong advantage.
