Job Title: Spare Parts Sales Manager 

 

JOB PURPOSE 
To manage and grow nationwide sales of genuine automobile and heavy-duty truck spare parts for Dangote Sinotruk, ensuring revenue growth, market coverage, and customer satisfaction in line with the company’s sales and aŌer-sales objectives.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Spare Parts Sales & Business Development

  • Execute spare parts sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue, volume, and margin targets.
  • Drive nationwide sales of genuine truck and automobile spare parts through dealers, service centers, and distributors. 

 

Dealer & Distribution Management

  • Develop and manage a strong nationwide spare parts dealer and distributor network.Monitor dealer performance, stock availability, pricing compliance, and sales execution.
  • Support dealers with product knowledge, sales tools, and promotional activities.

 

Key Accounts & Fleet Support

  • Manage spare parts sales to fleet operators, logisƟcs companies, workshops, and institutional customers.
  • Support contract negotiations and bulk supply arrangements for spare parts.

 

Market Intelligence & Inventory Support

  • Monitor fast-moving parts, demand trends, pricing, and counterfeit risks in the market.
  • Provide market feedback to support inventory planning and demand forecasting.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Aero-Sales Coordination
  • Coordinate with aŌer-sales and service teams to ensure Ɵmely parts availability and high customer saƟsfacƟon.
  • Resolve escalated dealer and customer issues related to spare parts sales. 

 

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with Dangote Group policies, quality standards, and ethical requirements. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in automobile or heavy-duty truck spare parts sales.
  • Strong knowledge of truck components, aŌermarket operaƟons, and Nigerian spare parts market.
  • Proven experience managing naƟonwide dealer and distributor networks
