Drying and Blending Operator

Job Summary:

Operation of the dryer routes, equipment, and associated accessories, including periodic field inspections to monitor equipment condition and verify its operational status in real time.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Ensure that all dryers and associated equipment are maintained in good working condition.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to achieve optimal operational results.
• Operate the Human-Machine Interface (HMI) to monitor and control production processes.
• Promptly report equipment faults and malfunctions to the maintenance team for timely resolution.
• Adhere to established refinery safety procedures and protocols.
• Implement and comply with Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) requirements and Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) on the production line.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE).
• An OND or other higher qualification in Engineering or a related discipline will be an added advantage. 

Competencies:

• Good knowledge of HMI operation/troubleshooting.
• Good technical background regarding Dryer and conveyor operation.
• Excellent safety culture.
