Export Manager (Sales & Marketing) DSR

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for developing export strategies, managing international client relationships, and driving revenue growth across key global markets. A results-driven and globally minded Export Manager – Sales & Marketing will lead our international sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Identify and develop new international markets and distribution channels.
  • Manage relationships with international clients, distributors, and trade partners.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, documentation, and logistics.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing and positioning.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and business forums.
  • Monitor export performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules with overseas clients.
  • Drive brand visibility and marketing campaigns in target export markets.

Skills, Qualification And Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of international trade laws, export documentation, and INCOTERMS.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a strong commercial acumen.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with FMCG export operations is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
  • Master’s degree or professional certifications in Export Management is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7–12 years of experience in export sales, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
