Command & Control Surveillance Operations Officer

Job Summary:
A critical operations role responsible for ensuring the technical health, uptime, and real-time monitoring of a large-scale surveillance system. The position focuses on rapid incident response, system reliability, and coordination with IT teams, vendors, and field agencies to maintain seamless operations across 1,000+ camera feeds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage 1,000+ live camera feeds across multiple plant locations (OCP, ICP, BCP) during 12-hour shifts.
• Operate advanced surveillance and analytics systems for real-time incident detection and response.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the surveillance infrastructure promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and field agencies to ensure immediate action on alerts.
• Maintain continuous follow-up with IT and vendors to ensure timely system repairs and issue resolution.
• Delegate tasks within the shift and ensure timely, high-quality execution.
• Enforce strict adherence to Control Room protocols, data security, and professional standards.
• Manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Science or a related technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Command Center Operations, Network Operations, or surveillance systems.
• Proficiency in surveillance software, analytics tools, and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to act decisively under pressure.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to operational excellence.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume monitoring, ensure system uptime, and meet strict timelines.
