Job Summary
Responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies and programs to enhance employees’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of work across the organization.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with HR Leads and HODs
- Implements overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses need and expectations
- Designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and more
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
- Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.
Academic / Professional Qualifications
- A bachelor degree or its equivalent in Managerial/Social sciences or a relevant discipline.
- Higher educational qualification/professional certification in relevant courses is an added advantage
