Job Summary

Responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies and programs to enhance employees’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of work across the organization. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with HR Leads and HODs
  • Implements overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses need and expectations
  • Designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and more
  • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
  • Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants
  • Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.

Academic / Professional Qualifications

  • A bachelor degree or its equivalent in Managerial/Social sciences or a relevant discipline.
  • Higher educational qualification/professional certification in relevant courses is an added advantage
