Data Analyst

The Data Analyst will be responsible for data collection, analysis, and interpretation, with the ability to transform complex information into meaningful insights. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to collect and evaluate data, and to develop impactful BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations that enable the organization to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business objectives.
• Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Continuously monitor business performance and compare results against industry benchmarks.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and business metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance etc.) to understand data needs and deliver insights.
• Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Perform data validation to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Design and execute data queries to extract and manipulate information from databases.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance operations.
• Support the preparation and review of business forecasts and performance reports.
• Continuously assess system and process performance using analytical tools and data-driven metrics.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Familiarity with business intelligence platforms and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau etc.)
• Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modelling.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
