The ideal candidate will support the Head of Finance in managing all finance-related activities, ensuring strong financial governance, effective planning, detailed reporting, and full compliance with accounting standards. This role is critical in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and maintaining effective financial controls across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Provide relevant financial insights to guide decision-making and business performance improvement.

Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax laws, and all applicable financial regulations and standards.

Lead financial planning and analysis activities to support operational and strategic initiatives.

Track financial performance against budget and highlight variances with recommended corrective actions.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including auditors, tax authorities, and regulators.

Mentor, train, and supervise members of the finance team to strengthen capability and efficiency.

Implement and maintain effective internal control systems to minimize financial risks.

Support initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and process optimization within the finance function.
Education & Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Recognized professional finance certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) is highly desirable.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in financial management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Solid understanding of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.

Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present complex data clearly.

Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems—SAP experience strongly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
