Job Title: Manager, Production

Job Summary:

The Manager, Production oversees all cement manufacturing operations to ensure optimal output, quality, and equipment efficiency while maintaining safety and cost targets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily plant operations to achieve production and quality goals.

• Ensure availability and efficient use of raw materials and equipment.

• Supervise production teams to maintain safety and operational standards.

• Oversee plant startups, shutdowns, and maintenance coordination.

• Monitor process parameters to ensure consistent product quality.

• Implement continuous improvement and cost-optimization initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with ISO and other regulatory standards.

• Prepare production reports and provide operational insights.

• Lead, train, and evaluate production staff for high performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial Engineering or related field.

• Minimum of 18 years’ experience in cement manufacturing or heavy process industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.

• Strong knowledge of cement production processes and quality standards.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage teams and optimize plant operations.
