JOB SUMMARY

 

  • To manage account receivable presentation and provide financial administrative and clerical support to the organization.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Logistics and inventory verification of major and regular supplies into vendors account for the company
  • Reconciliation of vendors account including intercompany vendors
  • Processing of major and regular vendors payment
  • Supervision of advance, payment made to vendors

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

 

  • First degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • MSc. and Professional certification (ICAN, ACA) is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of general ledger and SAP
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ work experience in similar role.
