Architect

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for developing all project design concepts and preparing drawings, sketches, diagrams, and digital models using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Rhino.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce detailed architectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections).
• Prepares construction documents and specifications.
• Ensure drawings comply with building codes, standards, and regulations

• Conduct site analysis (climate, topography, cultural context).
• Research materials, sustainable design practices, and innovative construction methods.
• Support the project team in coordinating with engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Maintain communication logs and project documentation.

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

• HND / Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.).
• 3-5 years of experience with Practical training under licensed architects.
• Experience leading projects from concept to completion.
• Familiarity with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
• Commitment to ethical practice and sustainability.
