Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing brand and product development, pricing, forecasting, campaigns, asset development, and driving brand mental availability in the market
Responsibilities
- Brand activity planning
- Project management
- Research briefing and Data analysis
- Demand cycle - assumption and forecasting
- Budget management -Bottom-up, allocation, tracking, and communicating
- Collaboration with 3P
- Managing strategic brand campaigns
- Organizing market visits itinerary and sharing reports from visits
- Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines on all creatives
- Price tracking vs SPI & API
- Media- Reach ambition and platform maximization.
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good experience in the brand planning process
- Commercial acumen, confident, enthusiastic, and persuasive
- Convincing personality, good planner, self-starter, and committed to results.
Qualification/ Experience
- First degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field. An MBA or a master’s in marketing is desirable.
- Minimum of 4-5 years’ work experience in brand management with knowledge of trade marketing, consumer marketing, research, and product development in the FMCG sector.
