JOB SUMMARY
• Responsible for monitoring fleet maintenance compliance, controlling vehicle operating costs, ensuring functionality of fleet technology systems, maintaining accurate operational data, supporting process adherence, and coordinating vendor and administrative activities to enhance fleet performance and reliability.
JOB RESPOSIBILITIES
• Conduct daily monitoring of truck spare parts consumption and amount spent on each truck for management review.
• Prepare truck cost performance reports for management decision-making.
• Monitor daily compliance with the Preventive Maintenance process and other fleet-related processes.
• Monitor and escalate breached cases relating to MTTF and MTTR.
• Maintain accurate data for daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Ensure all tracking devices, AI cameras, speed limiters, and related systems are functional and escalate issues to vendors for immediate correction then follow up with vendors until reported issues are resolved.
• Mandatory training for new staff on PM processes and to follow up with service desk to ensure they have SAP access.
• Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for approved services/materials and follow up with the Accounts Department to ensure timely processing and payment of vendors.
• Any other function as maybe assigned by Management.

• Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
• Strong leadership, communication and writing skills and ability to make presentations.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills and excellent attention to details.
• Ability to work and execute assigned tasks excellently with minimal supervision
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
• B.SC or HND in Computer science or related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years cognate experience in related industry.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Regulatory and compliance knowledge.
