JOB SUMMARY

 

  • Responsible for real-time monitoring and control of fleet operations, ensuring efficient trip execution, route compliance, truck visibility, and prompt escalation of operational exceptions to support safe and timely delivery of goods.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Ensure trips are created on SAP-TMS.
  • Monitor and ensure trucks ply approved routes.
  • Human Resources Recommendation
  • Ensure E-call up (ETO) tickets are created and drivers access the port.
  • Prepare fleet status report.
  • Tracking Highway Break downs.
  • Overstay trucks (Customers, Transit going and coming, LEA etc.)
  • Tracking Illegal Haulage and Diversions.

 

COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Quantitative and Qualitative analysis skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication and writing skills and ability to make presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills and excellent attention to details.
  • Ability to work and execute assigned tasks excellently with minimal supervision.

 

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

 

  • B.SC or HND in computer science or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 - 5 years’ working experience in related industry.
