JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible for organizing and coordinating the activities, functions, and communications of the Executive Office, providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to ensure the effective management of day-to-day business operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide calendar management support for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
- Act as a liaison and provide executive support to the CFO, coordinating meetings, events, and related logistics.
- Schedule and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly meetings, while following up with relevant departments on actions arising from such meetings.
- Manage daily correspondence, ensuring the timely and accurate escalation of urgent, confidential, and critical communications and documents to the appropriate personnel as required.
- Follow up on upcoming commitments, deliverables, and responsibilities to ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with functional units on operational activities and serve as a knowledgeable resource to support the Office of the CFO.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities as may be assigned by the Line Manager.
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost structures.
- Ability to analyze financial and operational data (production records, inventory reports, yield results).
- Knowledge of IIA Standards and Internal control frameworks.
- Deep attention to details and strong investigative skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, audit trail tools and SAP.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
- Integrity, objectivity and strong problem-solving skills.
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
- B.Sc Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration etc.
- 3-5 years in Significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives.
- Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Production operations, or similar industries, is highly preferred.
- High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people including Board members, Senior executives, Staff and Community leaders.
- Excellent Communication skills and perfect command of the English language.
