JOB SUMMARY
Receiving and issuing of materials in the store, documentation and record keeping, racking of materials received.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive materials suppled by the vendors as per approved purchase order.

Ensure correctness in the quality, quantity, specification and condition of the materials received from vendor.

Storing of materials received from vendor properly to ensure easy access identification, verification, and handling.

Ensure smooth issuance of materials to the issuing department.

Ensure accurate accounting of all the materials received and issued.

Monthly stock count
-
Maintain the neatness and tidiness of the store house.
-
Compile reports on various aspects of changes in inventory.
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS

Good Accounting background and knowledge of banking transaction

Excellent Reasoning and Decision-Making ability.

Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills (oral and written)

Managerial and Leadership skills

Report writing and record keeping.

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

HND/ B.Sc. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field
-
2-5 years of experience in warehouse & store management.
-
Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.
