Logistics Officer

Job Purpose

The Logistics Officer is responsible for overseeing the efficient and cost-effective flow of products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and track the shipment of raw materials and equipment to the manufacturing facility.
2. Verify and reconcile delivery documentation with purchase orders.
3. Coordinate the on-time dispatch of products to distributors according to the approved schedule
4. Ensure accurate documentation accompanies all trucks.
5. Maintain accurate logistics records on ERP and generate periodic reports 
6. Collaborate with Production, Quality Control, Procurement, and Sales teams to ensure alignment on supply and distribution schedules.

• Qualifications
  Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of logistics experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in ERP or logistics software (e.g., SAP)
