Provide support in the implementation of Industrial harmony and data analytics of staff using HRIS  (SuccessFactors) for effective management and retrieval of information

  • Support full employment cycle of staff in compliance with established procedures and regulations including but not limited to staff discipline, performance, retention and development. 

  • Support staff on issues of diversity and worker inclusiveness and participation to ensure new employees settle quickly in the organisation. 

  • Assist in preparing for performance management process that is mid-year, year end and following up on its outcomes that boarder on performance. 

  • Facilitate talent review processes and development of DCP staff through coaching and mentoring. 

  • Ensuring that all DCZL employee records are correctly recorded, and prior approval is sought before loading on the system. 

  • Responsible for generation of reports, employee data and monitoring of the effectiveness of the system,  

  • Process the exit procedures of staff by ensuring all requirements are undertaken such as exit interviews, Post retirement Issues or separation.  

  • Enrolment of staff on Success-factors and ensure all are on LMS platform. 

  • Facilitate in the disciplinary handling process of staff by ensuring bookings and schedules are in place in consultations with end-users for speed resolution of cases.  

  • Assist the Unit Heads on the day-to-day requirements within the department with regard to HR metrics. 

  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor. 
  • Good understanding of trends, challenges, opportunities, regulations, and legislations relating to the cement manufacturing industry. 

    Education and Work Experience  

    Associate/ Full Member of ZIHRM. 

    • Grade 12 School Certificate   

    • First Degree in Business Related field/ HRM 

    • Knowledge of relevant applications to support HR and administration operation. 

    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite and HRIS such as SAP or any other enterprise system. 

    • Demonstrated knowledge of teaching. 

    • Excellent organizational skills with a willingness to take initiative and be proactive. 

    • An energetic, forward-thinking, and creative individual with high ethical standards. 

    • Good understanding of trends, challenges, opportunities, regulations, and legislations relating to the cement manufacturing industry.

      Sound knowledge of DCP’s business operations, product, and service offerings. 

      Knowledge of relevant applications to support HR and administration operation. 

      Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite and HRIS such as SAP or any other enterprise system. 

      Excellent organizational skills with a willingness to take initiative and be proactive.
