CCR Operator - Onne Port Terminal

Job Summary

We are looking for a CCR Operator to join our team at the Onne Port Terminal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Monitoring, Controlling and optimizing operations to ensure smooth performance , process safety and operational efficiency.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitoring, controlling and optimizing plant operations through th Distributed Control System (DCS) using Siemens WinCC automation software.
• Ensure smooth plant performance, process safety and operational efficiency by responding promptly to alarms, process variations and system faults.
• Operate and monitor the DCS system (WinCC) to control plant process in real time.
• Ensure all parameters (temperature, pressure, flow levels etc.) remain within standard operating ranges.
• Adjust setpoints and control loops as needed to maintain optimal conditions.
• start-up, shutdown and emergency handling of process units as per standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or it's equivalent in Chemical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Minimum of Three (3) years working experience as a DCS/SCADA operator and control room operator in a process industry.
