Hydra Operator

Job Summary

The Hydra Operator is responsible for operating the hydraulic mobile crane and any other lifting equipment to lift, move, load, and position materials safely within the worksite. The Hydra Operator ensures efficient material handling while strictly following safety guidelines, equipment standards, and site procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform daily safety inspections, check the hydra and other lifting equipment working conditions, and report any maintenance issues.
• Safely and efficiently ensure the hydra and other electrical lifting equipment operates in coordination with ground personnel.
• Maintain logs of lifting operations, incidents, and daily equipment checklists.
• Support material movement for production, maintenance, and other teams.
• Carry out all work in compliance to all Management Systems.
• Carry out all work in compliance to Plant safety regulations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager, Workshop & utility.

Requirements

• Trade Test in equipment operation.
• Good practical and technical skills.
• Communication skills.
• Awareness of health, safety, and environmental practices.
