Job Summary

General Supervision and Management of a distinct area of 1300 Ha and to ensure operations in each field are coordinated planned to give optimum utilization of Labour, materials and equipment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Implementation of SOPs (Irrigation cycle required, dyken, fertilizer & other input needed for maximum output.
• Timely operation - Identify, define, & Gather data for all operation.
• The Farm Manager must be confidence to achieve target by following all steps to ensure achieve cane yield.
• Farm Manager must have the willingness and ability to accept responsibility and a reasonable degree of risk.
•  To effect proper budgeting control and materials.
• Ensure all SOP are followed.
• Ensure all safety measures are in place.
• Report to the Agric. Manager on the day-to-day operations in his farm.

Educational Qualification and Work Experience

• Shall hold the minimum of Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma in Agricultural related Courses.
• Any relevant profession certificate.
• 10 Years working experience in any agricultural related companies.
