Job Summary

Machinery Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring total availability equipment for land preparation are ready in good working condition, organize manpower, labour & report to Land Development Manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with HTMS for repairs, either by in-house maintenance staff or external service providers. Ensure that repairs are completed promptly and effectively to minimize production interruptions.
• Follow up machine maintenance & Monitor machinery performance metrics such as uptime, efficiency, and output. Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to optimize machinery performance.
• Ensure daily fuel reservation & machinery operators follow safety protocols, operational procedures, and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure timely completion of Land preparation as instructed.
• Identify machine challenges and implement measures to optimize machinery performance.

Educational Qualification and Work Experience

• Shall hold the minimum of B. Sc. In Engineering
• Any relevant Professional Certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 2-6 Years in Sugar Farm Machinery
