 Job Summary

Machinery supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of machinery within a manufacturing or industrial environment, while prioritizing safety, compliance, and productivity.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate machinery repairs, either by in-house maintenance staff or external service providers. Ensure that repairs are completed promptly and effectively to minimize production interruptions.
• Monitor machinery performance metrics such as uptime, efficiency, and output. Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to optimize machinery performance.
• The primary responsibility is to supervise machinery operators, ensuring that they follow safety protocols, operational procedures, and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure timely completion of Land preparation as instructed.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to optimize machinery performance.

Educational Qualification and Work Experience

• Shall hold the minimum of National Diploma (ND)
• Any relevant Professional Certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 4-6 Years in Land Development operations.
