MAINTENANCE ENGINEER -4000 TCD MILL OPERATION

 Job Summary

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our plant equipment and machinery. This is a key role that requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and standards to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of plant equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems, collaborating with production and other support teams as needed.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and minimizing downtime.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains.
• Lead and participate in project teams to implement new equipment, processes, and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Mentor and develop maintenance personnel to improve their skills and knowledge.

Educational Qualification and Work Experience

• Shall hold the minimum of B-Tech/BE/BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Certifications like CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) or CMRT (Certified Maintenance Reliability Technician) are desirable.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Maintenance Engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial Setting.
