Procurement Manager
Job Summary.
To coordinate and monitor procurement activities, to ensure availability of materials to the user department for effective and efficient productivity to main overall organizational goals.
Job Roles (Duties and Responsibilities)
- Monitor and coordinate procurement units and report to Head of supply chain (Daily).
- Maintain vendor data sheet quarterly (Quarterly).
- Ensure all request from users are approved by C/GGM and submitted before close of business (Daily).
- Ensure all PR’s are quoted with minimum 3 quotes to help ensure reduction of PR cost within budget (Daily).
- Ensure all PR’s are properly generated with zero errors and approve by HOD’s (Daily).
- Stand up for seasonal meeting weekly for review and delegation of action (weekly).
- Convert all PR’s to PO’s within 48 hours with necessary approvals (48 hours).
Qualification: Minimum of Bsc or HND in Business Admin, Social Sciences and Related Disciplines.
MBA is an Added advantage.
Professional Certification: Member of Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Chain Management of Nigeria
Experience: Minimum of 10 years hands-on Managerial Experience preferably in FMCG sector.
